White tea has all of the health benefits of green tea and black tea, perhaps more because of a lack of processing. Additionally, white tea has considerably less caffeine than black teas, and slightly less than green tea.
Caffeine levels of white tea vary with the variety, but on average white tea has 15 mg of caffeine per serving, compared to 40-60 mg for black tea and 15 – 20 mg for green tea. Coffee averages 80 – 175 mg depending on how it is brewed.
